Mike is friendly, hard-working, and has a lot of patience with my silly dogs! ;)

Kevin was on time, very professional and courteous and also pointed out that we probably have a mice problem in our attic where the A/C system is situated. Have already called to have that taken care of and glad that Kevin mentioned it because we don't want any wires messed up by mice.

For being on time, thorough in explaining the work done and any concerns which you had (which were none). Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the wrong filter was ordered so a return trip is required.
