We are so confident in the skills and knowledge of our technicians that we guarantee everything we do, and we extend our guarantees for our Discount Comfort Club Members.
If you are not 100% satisfied with any repair, service, or maintenance performed by our licensed technicians for 30 days (90 days for Discount Comfort Club members), we will come back to evaluate your system during regular business hours to address your concerns.
If, after we have had an opportunity to address them, you decide the system isn't performing as promised, call 860.826.5880, and we'll start the process to get you a complete refund.
Note: At the time of service, all recommended repairs had to be completed to qualify.
We guarantee that the equipment we supplied and installed was sized and installed correctly by a licensed technician and that the system will meet or exceed manufacturer specifications. We assure you that the system we install will provide you with the improved comfort, energy savings, and performance we told you it would.
If your new system doesn't perform as specified, just let us know, and we will return during regular business hours and make things right. You have an entire year (two years for our Discount Comfort Club members) from the installation date to know you are 100% satisfied.
If, after we have had an opportunity to address your concerns, you decide the system isn't performing as promised, just call us at , and we'll start the process to get you a complete refund for the entire amount of the original quote we provided.
Note: Because Link Mechanical Services is committed to eco-stewardship, your original system, when removed, would have been recycled and will not be available to be reinstalled.
