I Highly Recommend Link

Joseph

I recently hired Link Mechanical to install a new air conditioning system in my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I called for a quote to the final walkthrough after installation, the entire team was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The representative arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood all my options. They didn’t try to upsell me or push anything unnecessary—just honest, expert advice. The installation was done quickly and neatly, with minimal disruption to my home. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. The technicians Dorian Z and Nick D were excellent. This team impressed me with their attention to detail. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up the site. After the job was done, they followed up to ensure everything was running smoothly and answered all my questions patiently. I highly recommend Link Mechanical to anyone in need of HVAC services. They truly go above and beyond, and it’s rare to find a company that combines quality, affordability, and exceptional service so well. Update: It’s been several months since the installation. The system works very nicely. We’ve had multiple heat waves and I was cooler than I ever was with window air conditioning…

We Couldn’t Be Happier

Linda

Link Mechanical has been our go-to HVAC company for years, and once again they provided outstanding service. Matt was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all of our options so we could choose the best system for our home. HVAC technicians Bryan and Tim were professional, personable, and expertly skilled. They completed the installation ahead of schedule, answered all of our questions, did excellent work, and left everything spotless inside and outside our home. Our new system works beautifully, and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Link Mechanical and their team!

Reliable, Professional

Heather

We’ve used Link Mechanical for two major projects—our gas furnace about 15 years ago and more recently installing mini splits—and have been very happy with both experiences.
They’ve always been reliable, professional, and easy to work with. The quality of the installation has held up extremely well over time, and the recent mini split project was just as smooth and well done as the original furnace install. Communication was clear, the work was efficient, and everything has been running perfectly.
Highly recommend them for heating and cooling work!
