Chris Link founded Link Mechanical Services, Inc. in 1992. Since that time, our company has been taking care of the heating, cooling and hot water needs of homeowners and businesses throughout Berlin, Farmington, and the surrounding areas. We specialize in designing, installing and maintaining complete residential and commercial comfort systems including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, and water heaters. We also repair systems installed by other companies.

We take your trust very seriously. For your protection, we are fully licensed and insured. Any technician working in your home or business will be licensed by the State of Connecticut’s Department of Consumer Protection or be a registered apprentice with Connecticut’s Department of Labor. We strictly adhere to all regulations, take out all necessary permits AND we work with you to make sure all necessary inspections are completed. For your peace of mind and ours, we carry liability insurance that includes a $2,000,000 umbrella policy per occurrence and $500,000 of coverage for worker’s compensation. Any work we do in your home or business is covered.

Link Technicians are Also Fully Licensed

Before we hire a technician, they are background checked and drug tested.  All our technicians are fully licensed by the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection (DCP). This is important because natural gas, propane, oil, and electricity can be dangerous. Also, we keep our technicians up-to-date on the newest technology through safety and technical training, manufacturer training, and third-party certification programs.

Our trucks are stocked with the most common parts, allowing us to complete most repairs on the spot (saving you both valuable time and money). We repair, service and maintain all brands and models of heating, air conditioning, and hot water systems. While we are in your home or business, we will treat it like it is our home. All our technicians wear floor-protecting shoe covers and our trucks are stocked with floor runners and pads that we use to protect your floors and furnishings while we work. When we finish, we clean up everything, leaving nothing behind.
