The job was done neatly and they cleaned up the job site completely. They stayed to test the system and made sure all aspects of the system were working before they left. Excellent Detective Work!
Robert was great! He was right on time, spent a while trying to locate a suspected leak, then found out it was a bad valve on the outside unit. He did a wonderful job of solving, then repairing the issue! He even put a dye into the system so that in case there is a leak in the future (hopefully not!), it will be able to be easily found. As it turns out, he was also here before some 5-6 years ago, and did an awesome job then, charging & cleaning the fins on the old unit. It was like a freezer when he was done! The new unit had "frozen over" according to him due to low Freon, lost thru the leak. But, once he was through, it was in MUCH better shape than before! You are lucky to have such a nice, knowledgeable, get-it-done kind of man working for you.

I'm still in awe of how fast they came to my service
I was in crisis with water gushing from a faulty valve in my son's bedroom. 20 minutes after I called the service man was there to turn off the main valve, but he was able to fix it entirely in less than an hour.
