• $200 per system. Ducted Central Air Conditioning systems that are rated at 16.0 SEER / 12.5 EER or higher. New installation or replacement. Mail-in rebate available to Eversource and United Illuminating (UI) customers.

• $750 instant rebate (per system): Energy Star certified 94% AFUE or greater and AHRI Rated with boiler reset control. New installation or replacement. Rebate amount deducted from purchase price.

• Natural Gas Furnace: $650 instant rebate (per system): Energy Star certified 95% AFUE or greater and AHRI Rated with ECM air handler motor. New installation or replacement. Rebate amount deducted from purchase price.

• $500 per ton (up to 5 tons per home). Ducted Heat Pump systems that are rated at 16.0 SEER / 9.5 HSPF or higher and AHRI Certified. New installation or replacement. Mail-in rebate available to Eversource and United Illumination (UL) customers. Up to two systems per home. The ton is calculated by the cooling capacity on the AHRI form. Existing electric resistance heat customers or existing oil of propane customers that have a Home Energy Solutions assessment prior to the heat pump installation and are qualified through the Heat Pump Pilot are eligible for an additional $1,000/ton rebate - ask for details.

• Heat Pump Water Heater (Under 55 Gallons - Electric): $750 instant rebate (per system). Energy Star certified with an efficiency rating of 3.0 or greater and less than 55 gallons of storage capacity. Rebate amount deducted from purchase price.


• Heat Pump Water Heater (Over 55 Gallons - Electric): $400 instant rebate (per system). Energy Star certified with an efficiency rating of 3.0 or greater and more than 55 gallons of storage capacity. Rebate amount deducted from purchase price.

• $750 per ton mail-in rebate (up to 5 tons) for Energy Star certified Geothermal Heat Pumps - see rebate form for details.

• Wi-FI purchase bundled with system purchase only: $100 instant rebate per system (maximum 3 per household). Energy Star certified Wi-Fi enabled smart thermostat bundled with the purchase/rebate of a program qualified Boiler, Furnace, or Ductless Heat Pump. Rebate amount deducted from purchase price.

• $200 mail-in rebate. Must be installed on an existing system.. Home Energy Solutions assessment required prior to install.
