Technicians can also make additional money by ethically suggesting beneficial products and services to our clients. Our top techs can make over $87,000 a year in wages (not including incentives). We also provide our techs with uniforms, a vehicle to take home, as well as ongoing training to give them the opportunity to advance and grow their skillset.
Even though emergency service is a part of the job, we want our people to have a life as well. Because of this, we rotate our on-call technicians so they can plan and do things with their family. For the time they are on call, they earn a daily stipend (on Holidays $125 a day) whether they run any calls or not. Our On-Call Technicians are only required to run emergency calls for our priority clients Should they decide to take an emergency call from a client that is not a priority client or maintenance plan member they get paid extra to do so.
